Managed to snag Julius Fondem behind the mic, who's working as a producer for Ubisoft Redlynx here in Helsinki. While our discussions started off usual by going through his backgrounds, it soon evolved into what a producer really is, and a deep chat into major issues in our industry, namely "passion", or abuse of it, and crunching, and what we could do to improve on these. What are your thoughts?
